  The staff simply don't know anything about coffee and seem to not care about anything in general. If you walk in there 15 minutes before they close than too bad because they have already shut all the equipment down. Ask them to grind a bag of whole been coffee that they sell in the store and watch the looks of confusion as the staff discuss if they can do it (FYI they will not grid coffee they sell). Ask for 3 ice cubes in your coffee to cool it off a little bit and they will give you ice cold coffee.
  
  I go to this particular location because it is convenient and it's like the clown brigade works there.

  Food is always fresh and fast. I enjoy coming to this dunkin because I know that I will get my food hot and fresh. Some of the staff could be more friendly to the customers.
